JSB Investments Group of companies has three port facilities strategically located on the banks of the Demerara River in Guyana. Our port facility at the Soesdyke Junction which is located on the eastern bank of the Demerara River is the Gateway to the Linden/Soesdyke Highway and all the businesses, resources and opportunities it has to offer.

On the opposite Bank of the Demerara River is our La Retraite port facility that’s also used as a resale outlet for aggregates, sand and loam to service the growing demand of the construction industry and the massive infrastructural development by the government and private stakeholders in that region.

Our Sarah Johana Facility on the Eastern Bank of the Demerara is also a prime piece of river front  real estate that’s suited for laydown area of any other large scale operation.

We have two large stockpile area with the capacity to store 15 thousand and 50 thousand tons of stone respectively, as well as machinery and other products prior to export. The Facilities are equipped with conveyors, loaders and excavators to provide adequate service to customers on short notice.

Our Quarry located at Yarrokabra, Linden Highway is only 04 miles away from the Company’s loading facility, which makes the inland transportation logistic a very cost effective factor. Besides the internal access roads, the sand quarry is linked to the Linden Highway which makes the operational mining area an extension of our stockpiling area.

We provide facilities for loading and discharging of raw material from our port.
