- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and repair diagnostics
- Proven team leadership and ability to manage workshop technicians
- Familiarity with HSE compliance and safety reporting procedures
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent trade certification
